A Meditation for the Integration Stage
Close your eyes.
Feel the weight of your body, the ground beneath you, the quiet support that is always there.
Take a deep breath in…
Hold it for a moment.
And let it go.
You have made it through the worst of it.
The storm has passed.
But here you are, standing in the quiet after.
And the quiet can feel just as unsettling as the chaos.
You are rebuilding.
Relearning how to move through your days.
Relearning how to be in spaces that don’t feel quite like home yet.
This is what no one tells you—
That healing isn’t just about surviving the loss.
It’s about learning how to live again inside what’s left.
Breathe in: I am allowed to be here, even when it feels unfamiliar.
Breathe out: I can exist in the in-between without rushing to the other side.
You don’t have to force the pieces to fit just yet.
You don’t have to pretend you feel at home in this version of life.
You only have to keep showing up.
One day, without realizing it,
you will look around and see that this life—the one that felt foreign, the one that didn’t seem like yours—
has quietly, patiently, become something that belongs to you again.
Take another deep breath.
And when you’re ready, open your eyes.
