Wildborn – Guided Meditation

Inhale. Exhale. Now, let’s begin. Consider this – 

There was a life before.

Before the fire. Before the loss. Before everything split into then and now.

Maybe you are standing in the wreckage of what was. Maybe the weight of it is so heavy, you wonder how you will ever carry it.

But right now, in this moment, you don’t have to.

Take a breath.

Feel the inhale move through you, steady and certain, a quiet proof that you are still here.

The ground beneath you is holding you.

The air around you is wrapping you in something unseen but steady.

You do not have to know what comes next.

You do not have to rebuild tonight.

Right now, all you have to do is exist.

Let the grief be here. Let the exhaustion be here. Let it all settle, just for a moment, without needing to fix it.

When the time comes, you will.

And not because you have to.

Not because the world demands it.

But because something deep inside you still knows how to grow.

Even here.

Even now.

And when that moment arrives, you will not walk toward it alone.

You are not lost.

You are WildBorn now.

And wild things cannot be broken.
